 (h) Persecution against any identifiable group or collectivity on political, racial, national, ethnic, cultural,  religious, gender as defined in paragraph 3, or other grounds that are universally recognized as  impermissible under international law, in connection with any act referred to in this paragraph or  any crime within the jurisdiction of the Court;  (i) Enforced disappearance of persons;  (j) The crime of apartheid;  (k) Other inhumane acts of a similar character intentionally causing great suffering, or serious injury to  body or to mental or physical health. 1 Paragraph 2 of article 5 (“The Court shall exercise jurisdiction over the crime of aggression once a provision is adopted in accordance with  articles 121 and 123 defining the crime and setting out the conditions under which the Court shall exercise jurisdiction with respect to this  crime. Bottom up economic mode vs the elite system of governance.

 MUAMAR GADDAFI   HAD an African dream of bottom up approach and the western white men were afraid his economic  model would make Africa revolve economically and industrially thus loosing their monopoly and African man power.they persecuted him. Now those opposing WSR bottom up appt model are the same elite who monopolizes milk industry, gas industry, tea industry, steel industry,sugar industry,transport industry, beef industry,manufacturing, processing and tourism industry. The sons of state looters ,the sons and of former presidents, former ministers and ambassadors who are insecure of the question of how they attained their fast family business empires Reason being they're afraid Kenyans at the bottom of the pyramid will dump working for them and start working for themselves in their  own businesses thus rendering them powerless and affecting their businesses pattern.... ............................

Wheelbarrow a complex symbolism of many other aiding tools that drive our economy behind the scenes. You can't miss a wheelbarrow in any outdoor workplace. Its working mechanism is beyond just pushing but it's a mechanical tool putting effort to a load resting on a fulcrum. Don't doubt the power  of such a machine.... Go to the farms,industries, to workshops and into markets Kenyans are Wheeling the economy everyday. #Bottomupeconomicmodel .
